Neil Bates

Neil Bates has extensive work experience in various industries. Neil started their career at TRW as an Analyst from 2000 to 2003. Neil then moved on to BAA, where they held multiple roles such as Assistant Project Leader, Solutions Deliverer, Process Engineer, and Senior Baggage Analyst from 2005 to 2011. At Tesco PLC, Neil worked as a Commercial Operations Development Manager, Business Change Manager, and Organizational Design Specialist from 2011 to 2014. Neil joined John Lewis Partnership in 2014 and held positions as a Business Process Architect and Coach until 2021. Currently, Neil serves as Head of Service Optimization at Milk & More and will transition to the role of Head of Supply Chain and Strategy in 2023.

Neil Bates attended the University of Bristol from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained an MEng degree in Aerospace Engineering.
