Patrick Lear

Patrick Lear has held various accounting and finance roles with different companies since 2012. Patrick started as an accounting intern at Gehrlicher Solar before becoming a Project Accounting Associate. Lear worked as an Accounting Associate for SpeedRoute and as a Project Accountant for M+W Group. Patrick then served as a Project Controller and Project Controls Manager for Cypress Creek Renewables. Currently, Lear has a role as Vice President, Controller at Mill Creek Renewables since June 2021.

Patrick Lear earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Kean University, spanning from the year 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies in February 2020.
