Dan Grove Caps

Dan Grove, CAPS, is an experienced regional manager currently overseeing Maryland assets for Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC since November 2015. Previously, Dan served as General Manager for Modera Westside, managing a 484-unit apartment community in Laurel, MD. Prior roles include Community Director at Monogram Residential Trust, where Dan led The Cameron in Silver Spring to receive Apartment Ratings' Top Rated Award for two consecutive years, and Community Director at Behringer Harvard Residential, responsible for daily operations of a 325-unit high-rise. Dan has extensive management experience from positions at Greystar and JPI, overseeing significant renovation projects. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Bridgewater College.
