Darren Schackman has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Darren began their career as a Managing Director at Trammell Crow Residential and later became the Senior Managing Director for the North Texas Division of the company. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development, finance, and construction teams for the division. During their time at Trammell Crow Residential, they oversaw the development of over 20 multifamily rental and for-sale communities. In 2010, they joined Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC as the Senior Managing Director for the Texas/Mountain States Division. Darren was later promoted to the role of Executive Managing Director, where they oversaw the company's Texas, Mountain, California, and Pacific Northwest regions. Currently, Darren serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of the Mill Creek Investment Committee, where they play a crucial role in the company's investment strategies.
