Keith Rand

Keith Rand has extensive work experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on development, acquisitions, and investments. Keith is currently working as the Vice President of Development at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, Head of Acquisitions at Stonehenge NYC. Keith has also worked as a Senior Director of Investments at Greystar and as a Senior Associate at Silverstein Properties, Inc. In addition, they have experience in community development and policy analysis from their roles at City of New York and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Keith began their career as a CMBS Analyst at J.P. Morgan and has gained experience through internships at Traditional Neighborhood Development Partners and Global Business Alliance.

Keith Rand has a diverse educational background. Keith earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University in 2006, with no specified field of study. In 2003, they obtained a Certificate in Business from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Continuing their education, they later attended Harvard Kennedy School from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Master in Public Administration. Their concentration during this program focused on Housing Urban Development & Transportation and Social & Urban Policy. In the same period, they also pursued an MBA at The Wharton School, specializing in Real Estate.

Additionally, Keith Rand has obtained a LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in March 2023.
