Mark Sanford

Mark Sanford has over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mark currently serves as the Vice President of Development at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing development projects. Prior to their current position, Mark worked at The Athens Group as the Director of Development. Here, they managed entitlement, due diligence, design development, and asset management activities for luxury resort communities and hotels. Mark's earlier work experience includes a role as a Senior Property Manager at Parkway Properties, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Class "A" office portfolio.

Mark Sanford pursued their education from 2003 to 2007 at Delta State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Private Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2004.
