Grant Hromas

Grant Hromas is a seasoned professional in development and urban design, currently serving as the Vice President of Development at SomeraRoad Inc. since December 2022. Previously, Hromas held the role of Vice President of Development at NorthPoint Development from December 2019 to November 2022, as well as Development Manager at the same company. Hromas also worked as Associate Development Manager at Core Spaces and Project Manager at Farr Associates Architecture & Urban Design, alongside experience as an Architectural/Urban Designer at Mithun. Notably, Hromas served as a Design Commissioner for the City of Seattle. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate from DePaul University, a Master of Urban Design from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma, with ongoing studies in Global Urbanisms at Tongji University.
