Patrick McCormick

Patrick McCormick has had a progressive work experience in the real estate investment industry. Patrick started their career at LaSalle Investment Management as a Financial Analyst, where they performed complex financial analyses and assisted with managing the due diligence process. Patrick then joined Federal Realty Investment Trust as an Acquisitions Associate, where they provided financial modeling analysis and managed the due diligence process on approved acquisitions. Most recently, they have become the Vice President of Retail Asset Management at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC.

Patrick McCormick began their education at the University School at Nova Southeastern University, where they earned their High School Diploma between the years of 2004 and 2008. Patrick then went on to pursue a BBA degree in Finance and International Business at Loyola University Maryland from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they also hold a certification in Thomson Reuters Eikon, although further details regarding the institution and date of obtaining the certification are not available.
