Lois Edwards

Lois Edwards is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning several organizations. Since March 2017, Lois has served as an Employee Relations Specialist at Sanford Health. Prior to this role, Lois worked as an Employee Labor Relations Specialist for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe starting in January 2016, focusing on human resource duties. Lois also held the position of Human Resources Director for the White Earth Tribal Nation from May 1984 to June 2015, where oversight of a department serving over 800 employees was provided, along with the development and enforcement of policies and procedures. Lois holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead and an Associate’s Degree in the same field from Ulen Hitterdal High School.
