Orlando Leonel Ponce is a professional with extensive experience in client management and coaching. Currently serving as a Client Access Manager with the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, Orlando oversees client relationships, enhances retention strategies, and addresses client issues. As the founder of Ponce Trained Wrestling, Orlando offers K-12 instruction in wrestling and conducts training camps and clinics. Previous roles include project manager assistance at Murphy Window & Door, Check & Connect Coordinator at Isle High School, and serving as a committee member for the City of Osseo's Park & Recreation. Orlando also contributed to Augsburg University as an Assistant Wrestling Coach and led counseling efforts at Jeff Jordan State Champ Camp. Orlando holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Augsburg University and a high school diploma from Hialeah Miami Lakes Senior High School.
