Jeff Garnett

Jeff Garnett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) within international development and public health sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director in the M&E Division at Millennium Challenge Corporation since September 2012, Jeff designs and manages M&E technical assistance for approximately $2 billion of U.S. government investments across four countries, including Malawi, Ghana, Zambia, and Nepal. With prior roles at RAND, REDA International, and Johns Hopkins University, Jeff has provided management, consulting, and evaluation services, conducting high-quality research on various projects ranging from financial education interventions to health program evaluations. Jeff holds a Master of Public Policy from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Cognitive Science from UC San Diego.
