Cari Smalley

Cari Smalley is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and business partnership. Currently serving as the Global Co-Head of HR Business Partners at Millennium since June 2015, Cari has held multiple leadership roles, including Co-Head of HR Business Partners for the Americas and HR Business Partner. Prior to joining Millennium, Cari worked at Barclays from September 2005 to June 2015, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner for Markets and Learning & Development Manager. Cari holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Cornell University, completed in 2005, and graduated from Marymount School of New York in 2001.
