Matthew Norris

Matthew Norris has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Head of Operations & Middle Office for EMEA at Millennium since March 2016. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Managing Director at Nomura from November 2008 to February 2016 and served as Director at Lehman Brothers between December 2006 and November 2008. Matthew's career began at Barclays, where a variety of roles were undertaken from Back Office to Trading from July 1990 to November 2006. Matthew is an alumnus of Raynes Park High School.
