Richard Ademuwagun

Richard Ademuwagun is currently serving as an L/S Equity Analyst at Millennium since April 2024, while also being the Founder of Oxbridge Insights, a non-profit organization dedicated to guiding applicants through the Oxbridge experience. Prior experience includes roles as a Scholar at The Amos Bursary, providing support for talented men of Afro-Caribbean descent; a Fundamental Research Analyst Intern at The D. E. Shaw Group; and a Summer Investment Intern at Soros Fund Management, where investment theses were generated based on analysis of financial statements. Richard has also co-headed Oxbridge Admissions at Hedgefox, participated as a member of SEO London to enhance educational opportunities, and engaged with various organizations to promote social mobility among young Londoners. Richard is a student at the University of Oxford, pursuing a degree in Chemistry, complementing a strong academic foundation from previous institutions.
