Ross Garon

Ross Garon is Global Head of Quantitative Strategies and is responsible for all aspects of that business, including managing portfolio managers, hiring and growing new teams, managing risk and capital allocation, and developing resources for investment professionals.

Prior to joining Millennium in 2020, Ross was the head of Cubist Systematic Strategies at Point72, where he spent over 10 years. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director of Quantitative Strategies at Point72’s predecessor, SAC Capital. Ross also served as co-founder and partner at Tykhe Capital and began his career at D.E. Shaw.

Ross received an AB in Social Studies with honors from Harvard University.
