Roberto D'Erizans has a diverse work experience across various educational institutions and organizations. Roberto started their most recent position in 2020 as the Head of School at Millennium School. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2020, they held the position of Middle School Principal at Graded - The American School of São Paulo. From 2011 to 2015, they served as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at the American School in London, and also held the role of K-12 Head of World Languages from 2010 to 2012. Before that, from 2008 to 2010, they were the Director of the Middlebury Monterey Language Academy at Middlebury College. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as the Head of Modern Languages/Spanish Faculty at The Taft School. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2007, they held the role of Director of Curriculum, Faculty, and RD at Exploration School, Inc. Additionally, they worked as a Spanish Fellow at Eagle Rock School in 2002 and interned at Amnesty International in Spain in 2001. In 2000, they also interned at the Argentine Forensic Anthropology Team (EAAF) in La Plata.

Roberto D'Erizans earned their Bachelor's degree from Wofford College between 1998 and 2002. Their studies at Wofford included Spanish Language and Literature, Sociology, and Latin American Studies. Following this, from 2003 to 2004, they pursued a Master's degree in Spanish Language and Literature at Middlebury College. Later on, starting in 2017 and concluding in 2020, Roberto attended Northeastern University, where they obtained a Doctor of Education (EdD) with a focus on Organizational Leadership.
