Colin Wadsworth

Colin Wadsworth, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Contracts at Millennium Space Systems, A Boeing Company, since May 2023, overseeing the Prime Contracts and Indirect Contracts teams, and acting as the immediate VP delegate for Contracts and Global Trade Compliance teams. Prior experience includes a tenure at Boeing from June 2015 to May 2023, where Colin held various positions, including Senior Contracts Manager, managing a multibillion-dollar proprietary contracts portfolio, and leading major acquisitions. Colin has cultivated a collaborative culture and provided advanced contractual expertise across numerous projects in the Government Satellite Systems and Phantom Works divisions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from California State University, Long Beach.
