Mike Pelto

Mike’s career has spanned multiple industries (retail, consumer products, manufacturing, insurance) with a mix of large to mid-sized companies. Throughout his career, Mike has held multiple CIO/CTO/VP positions successfully leading the transformation of businesses by leveraging technology and data.

Notably, Mike’s contributions contributed to cross-functional department successes in: project management, planning, logistics, marketing analysis, portfolio planning, vendor management, and merchandising to improve profitability, business analytics, product insights, and multi-channel customer relations.

Mike is a father of two with his wife, Kathy. They enjoy travel, especially to the Southwest, and relaxing at their place in Door County. When Mike is on the move, he enjoys running, hiking, biking, and skiing along with warm weather activities of kayaking and golf! And when he’s not busy with these activities, you’ll find him spending time with his Golden Retriever at home. Help us welcome Mike to the Millennium team.
