Punit Desai

Punit Desai has a strong background in telecommunications and technical roles, starting as a Technical Assistant at Native Systems Ltd in 2003. Punit then worked at Hutchison 3G as a Drive Survey Technician and later as a Technical Support Engineer. Moving to Ericsson in 2006, Punit held roles as a Network Performance Technician and later as a Network Performance Engineer. Punit transitioned to Three UK in 2012, where they progressed through various roles such as Radio Planning and Optimization Engineer, Ran Performance Specialist, Principal Technical Authority RAN Performance, RAN Performance Operations Manager, RAN Operations Delivery Lead, and Head of Service Management. Punit'smost recent position was with Three UK as the Head of IT & Infrastructure Operations from January 2023 onwards. Throughout their career, Punit has demonstrated expertise in network performance, service management, partner/vendor relationships, and operational excellence in the IT and telecommunications domains.

Punit Desai obtained a degree in Computer Networks and Communications Technology Beng from Coventry University in 2003. Punit also completed a B.Eng in Computer Networks and Communication Technology from the same university. Additionally, they achieved S.E's grades A-C in various subjects including Mathematics and English at Ernesford Grange Secondary School and Community College.
