Principal and Deputy Practice Group Leader, Employment and Labor Group at Miller Canfield

Jennifer Sabourin Kalousek has over 25 years of experience in the legal field. Jennifer began their career in 1992 as a Legal Assistant at Xuereb Snow PC. Jennifer then joined Miller Canfield Paddock & Stone in 2001, where they are currently a Principal and Deputy Practice Group Leader in the Employment and Labor Group. In this role, they specialize in labor and employment litigation and counseling on behalf of management. Jennifer also defends employers of all sizes in discrimination, harassment, wage and hour and contract claims in both agency and judicial forums, and counsels clients on best practices in facilitating employee relationships, including hiring, evaluating, disciplining and terminating employees.

Jennifer Sabourin Kalousek attended Wayne State University Law School from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained their JD. Prior to this, they obtained their B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1991 to 1995.
