Ryan Hoar

Ryan Hoar is a Project Manager at Miller Environmental Group, Inc., currently also working as a Water Rescue Tech at HARRISBURG RIVER RESCUE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES INC. Ryan is the Owner/President of Envision Design Build, with experience in general construction management and safety training. Additionally, Ryan has worked as an EHS Professional, Senior Environmental Health and Safety Director, Firefighter/EMT, Professional Account Sales Manager, Emergency Medical Technician, and EMT in various companies. Ryan Hoar holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has received training in Fire Science/Firefighting from the US Navy.
