Bill Beckley, SPHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Bill began their career as the Human Resource Manager and Labor Relations Manager at McDonald's in 1973 and held this role until 1983. In 1989, they joined Quality Industries as the Director of Human Resources, where they worked until 1996. During their tenure, they were responsible for overseeing all human resource functions. In 1996, they joined Miller Industries Towing Equipment as the Corporate Director of Human Resources and continues in this position. Bill Beckley has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in various roles throughout their career.

Bill Beckley, SPHR holds an MBA degree from the University of New Orleans, which they obtained from 1986 to 1989. Prior to that, they completed their BBA degree in Business at the University of Michigan from 1968 to 1972.
