Mark Happ

Mark Happ has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mark started their career as the VP of Finance & Administration at Telectronics Pacing Systems from 1981 to 1997. Mark then worked as the Corporate Vice President of Finance at Language Management International from 1997 to 1999. Following this, they assumed the position of CFO at Finzer Imaging Systems from 1999 to 2001. Mark then held the role of Finance Director at US Filter from 2001 to 2004 before joining Siemens Water Technologies as the Finance Director from 2005 to 2008. After that, they served as the SVP of Finance at FCC Environmental from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they worked as a Financial and Management Consultant at Mark James Happ CPA, CMA, CGMA for a brief period in 2012. Mark then served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Western Emulsions from 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, they held the role of CFO at GuardTop LLC from 2016 to 2018.
