Alex Held has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in education and business improvement. Currently serving as Director of Business Improvement at MillerClapperton since January 2021, Alex previously held roles as Continuous Improvement Manager and Data Analyst within the same organization. Previous experience includes teaching positions at Mount de Sales Academy and Maryknoll School, as well as serving as a seminarian for the Catholic Roman Diocese of Honolulu. Alex also contributed as an Assistant Operations Manager at Jeff Ellis Management, LLC. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of the South, a Data Analytics Career Track certification from Springboard, and an ongoing Master of Business Administration program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
