Adam Scholz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Adam started their career as a Historic Preservation Intern at Downtown Washmo/Missouri Main Street Connection, where they gained experience in grant writing and event coordination. Adam then worked as a Sales and Floor Design associate at Annie Laurie's Antiques and as an Online and Phone Bidding Representative at Selkirk Auctioneers & Appraisers. Adam also had a role as an Executive Phone Sales and Customer Outreach representative at State Farm. Adam later pursued freelance work as a Historian before joining Four Star Restaurant Group's Crosby's Kitchen as a Trainer. Adam then transitioned to Knoll Inc., where they held the position of Concierge, coordinating showroom events and maintaining a network for client experiences. Adam advanced within the company and became a Showroom Manager at Knoll, responsible for managing the daily affairs of the showroom and guiding clients in product and finish selection. Currently, they are working as a Strategic Relationship Executive at MillerKnoll.
Adam Scholz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Historic Preservation, with a focus on the Built Environment, from Southeast Missouri State University. Adam graduated with Cum Laude honors in 2015. During their time at the university, they also pursued studies in Architecture and Economic Revitalization within the field of Historic Preservation.
