Charles Gibbons is a dedicated educator with a diverse background in youth development and coaching. Currently serving as a 5th Grade Teacher at Uncommon Schools since August 2023, Charles previously held the role of Youth and Family Program Manager at YMCA of Greenwich. Charles has extensive experience in coaching, having led young athletes as the Youth Academy Head Coach at DREAM, where over 20 athletes advanced to collegiate baseball and professional opportunities. Charles's background also includes significant sales experience as a Sales Consultant at Executive Jeep Nissan, where a successful sales strategy led to recognition in the top 25 sales for the auto group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Education from Lehman College.
