Carrie Waszak

Carrie Waszak has had a range of experience in the field of human resources. Carrie is currently working as the Human Resources Director at MillerKnoll since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Trane Technologies from March 2020 to October 2021. Before joining Trane Technologies, Carrie held various roles at Ingersoll Rand, including Senior HR Business Partner and HR Generalist/HR Business Partner. Carrie also participated in the company's Human Resources Accelerated Development Program. Carrie began their career as a Training and Development Intern at the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America in 2009.

Carrie Waszak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. Carrie completed their undergraduate education from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Carrie pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Purdue University.
