Christian S.

Christian S. has a strong background in trademark and copyright law, with experience working in various roles and companies. Christian started their career at Ballard Spahr LLP as an Associate, where they reviewed and advised on designs for a major U.S. retailer. Christian then joined Eckert Seamans as an Associate, focusing on obtaining U.S. trademark registrations.

Christian then moved onto DuPont, where they served as Trademark Counsel and Lead Anti-Counterfeiting Attorney. Christian managed numerous investigations and litigation cases related to counterfeiting across multiple business units globally. After DuPont, they worked as a Trademark and Copyright Counsel for Vanguard through Axiom Law, managing their global trademark portfolio and drafting various IP agreements.

Christian also gained experience at GSK, again through Axiom Law, where they served as Trademark and Copyright Counsel. Christian was responsible for overseeing thousands of trademarks in multiple countries and handling various trademark-related activities such as searching and clearance, filing and prosecution, negotiation of agreements, and brand protection.

Christian then moved on to Nestlé as a Trademark and Copyright Counsel through Axiom Law, where they provided IP counseling and services to different divisions of the company. Christian led meetings with brand marketing managers, developed templates and guidelines, and contributed to the standardization of the trademark search and clearance process.

Most recently, Christian worked at Gerben Perrott PLLC as a Senior Trademark Counsel, specializing in trademark law. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant General Counsel, Trademarks at MillerKnoll.

Christian S. has a diverse education history. They attended Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Additionally, Christian pursued further education at the Fox School of Business at Temple University and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to their graduate studies, Christian completed their undergraduate education at Drexel University, receiving a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology. Their secondary education took place at William Penn Charter School. Christian also holds certifications as an Attorney from both The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the New York State Unified Court System.
