Evan Gerber has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Evan started their career in 2005 as an Associate Product Manager at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies. In 2006, they moved to Ingersoll Rand and held multiple roles including Development Engineer and Project Engineer. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as the Ingersoll Rand Global Talent Development - Lehigh Recruiting Team Manager and later became the Global VAVE Engineering Manager. In 2011, they took on the role of Lifecycle Engineering Manager and in 2012, they became the Engineering Manager. From 2013 to 2017, Evan worked as the Engineering & Technology Leader and later became the Vice President - Engineering - Fluid Management, Material Handling, & Power Tools at Ingersoll Rand. Since 2017, they have been with Knoll, serving as the Vice President Of Product Development. In 2021, they joined MillerKnoll as the VP Global Workplace Product Development & Knoll Brand Lead.
