Gary Gifford

Gary Gifford has a strong background in data services and management. Gary is currently serving as the Director of Data Services at MillerKnoll since November 2021. Prior to this, Gary held various senior management roles at Herman Miller Inc., including Sr. Manager Data Services from November 2017 to December 2021 and Sr. Manager Advanced Analytics from January 2015 to November 2017. Gary also worked at Herman Miller as an Infrastructure Manager - Unix/Database from March 2011 to January 2015 and as a Manager Database Administration from December 2008 to February 2011. Before joining Herman Miller, Gary was a Senior Database Administrator at Herman Miller from 2005 to 2008 and a Database Administrator from June 2003 to 2005. Gary started their career as a Database Administrator at Pfizer from 1999 to 2003 and as a Program Manager at Greenstone Healthcare Solutions from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Upjohn from 1988 to 1994.

Gary Gifford attended Western Michigan University from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
