Jaghadish R started working at ContinuServe in October 2017 as a Senior Process Associate. Jaghadish worked in this role until March 2022. In May 2022, they joined MillerKnoll as an Accountant Associate.

Jaghadish R attended National College, Basavanagudi, Bangalore-4(Autonomous) from 2014 to 2017. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In 2018, they enrolled in Indira Gandhi National Open University, where they completed a Master's degree in Business/Commerce, General between 2018 and 2020.
