Jeffrey Welch

Jeffrey Welch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jeffrey started their career at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. in 2009, where they worked as an Operations Supervisor and later as an Account Manager for Land O Lakes Purina. In 2011, they joined Mack Trucks, Inc., where they served as a Material Handler Supervisor and later as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer. In 2015, they joined Ricoh USA, Inc. as a Regional Manager in Lean Supply Chain. Welch's most recent role was at Knoll, where they held the position of Value Stream Manager from an unspecified date in 2021 until August 2023. Jeffrey currently serves as a Senior Operations Manager at MillerKnoll, starting from November 2022.

Jeffrey Welch attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Jeffrey'sfield of study was in Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management. From 2009 to 2010, Jeffrey attended Villanova University and focused on Lean Six Sigma, although they did not earn a degree during this time. Lastly, from 2013 to 2017, Jeffrey attended Moravian University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
