Jennifer (Coutier) Berry has a breadth of experience in marketing and strategy roles. Jennifer is currently working as a Product Marketing Director at MillerKnoll. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Marketing Director at Knoll from February 2019 to October 2021.

Jennifer's most notable experience comes from their time at American Express, where they held multiple roles. As the Director of Acquisition Marketing and Strategy for the US Consumer division from June 2017 to July 2018, they led a team and was responsible for the end-to-end acquisition omni-channel marketing, planning, and go-to-market strategy for new product launches. Jennifer also drove customer acquisition growth through on-site and off-site marketing plans, as well as content marketing campaigns targeting the Millennial segment on platforms like BuzzFeed, Instagram, and Pinterest.

In their role as the Director of Product Development for the Global Consumer division from April 2015 to May 2017, Jennifer ran the product line strategy and launched product features across 10 international markets. Jennifer developed a three-year marketing plan and strategic roadmap to drive future growth of Charge products, and implemented insight-based new monthly subscription pricing to generate incremental customer acquisitions.

Prior to that, Jennifer served as the Senior Manager of New Product Development for the International Consumer division from June 2013 to March 2015. In this role, they provided strategic oversight and innovation within the product development process across 160+ international markets, managing the product development pipeline and leading cross-functional teams in ideation.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer held marketing roles at American Express, including Manager of Product Marketing for the International Consumer division, Analyst of Loyalty Marketing for the International Consumer division, and Marketing Assistant for the UK Marketing Team in the Global Merchant division.

Jennifer also gained experience as a Summer Intern in Strategy Consulting at Arthur D. Little in 2006.

Jennifer (Coutier) Berry's education history includes a BSc degree in International Business from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Jennifer also participated in an exchange program at Esade, where they studied Management. Additionally, Jennifer completed a part-time course in Product Management at General Assembly. Jennifer further enhanced their skills by taking a short course in Fashion Marketing at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
