Kacy Norton Phr

Kacy Norton, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kacy started their career as a Training Specialist at Bed Bath & Beyond in 2006 and stayed with the company until 2010. Kacy then joined Perrigo Company plc as a Training and Development Consultant from 2010 to 2012, before transitioning into the role of Human Resources Manager from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Wolverine Worldwide as a Senior Human Resources Manager for one year. Later, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amway from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Kacy is serving as the Human Resources Director at MillerKnoll since 2019 and holds the position of Senior Director, Human Resources, where they are responsible for aligning business and HR strategies to drive results.

Kacy Norton, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University. In 2012, they obtained their PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
