Misty Gartner

Misty Gartner has over 24 years of experience in human resources management. Misty is currently working as the Senior Director of Human Resources at MillerKnoll, where they lead the HR team and supports various HR initiatives. Prior to this, Misty worked at Trane Technologies - Thermo King as a Human Resources Leader, providing thought leadership and guidance to ensure effective deployment of HR initiatives. Misty also worked at Bimbo Bakeries USA as an HR Manager, overseeing the HR function for two bakeries and a sales zone. Misty's experience also includes roles at Mosaic and Dana Holding Corporation, where they managed HR functions and implemented various programs and initiatives.

Misty Gartner obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completing their education from 1990 to 1994.
