Simona Giacalone

Simona Giacalone has a range of experience in the architecture, design, marketing, and sales fields. Simona currently works at MillerKnoll as the Architecture + Design Manager MEA & APMEA Coordinator, where they focus on the Architecture and Design Community in the MEA region. Simona is responsible for increasing product and design knowledge, as well as industry awareness. Simona also works as the Marketing and Communications Manager APMEA Racial Equity Team at MillerKnoll, where they promote and develops the company's values of DEI, specifically focusing on Racial Equity. Additionally, they have previous experience at Herman Miller as a Specifier Account Manager and at ILLULIAN S.r.l as a Sales Account Executive.

Simona Giacalone's education history includes attending INSEAD in 2023 to study Developing Emerging Leaders. Prior to that, they pursued a Laurea triennale degree in Lingue e Culture Moderne from the Università di Pavia between 2009 and 2014.
