Will Eichelberger began their work experience in 2010 as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Environments, where they organized sales materials and created bids and presentations for client presentations. Will later became a Sales Consultant, assisting clients in creating inspired workspaces. In 2014, Will started working as a Territory Sales Manager at the Eaton Group, collaborating with designers, architects, and dealers to specify commercial furniture. Will then joined Herman Miller in 2016 as a Channel Sales Manager before transitioning to a Territory Manager role in 2019. Currently, Will is a Channel Relationship Executive at MillerKnoll, where they aid organizations in attracting and retaining top talent and making an impact with their customers. Throughout their work experience, Will has displayed a strong understanding of the commercial furniture industry.

Will Eichelberger pursued their education in a diligent and systematic manner. From 1998 to 2002, they attended Goshen College, where they obtained their Bachelor of Art degree in Art with a focus on Graphic Design. Building upon this foundation, they enrolled at the Academy of Art University from 2009 to 2012. During their time there, they delved into the field of Interior Architecture & Design, ardently studying towards a Masters of Fine Art degree.
