Jigna Rao

Jigna Rao is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within community development and education. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Operations at Millhill Child & Family Development since February 2021, Jigna has previously held significant positions at Mercer County Community College, including Director and Program Manager for The Center for Continuing Studies from 2017 to February 2021. Jigna's early career includes working as Assistant Director of Youth Services at Millhill Child & Family Development and as Director and Assistant Director at Drumthwacket, the New Jersey Governor’s Official Residence, from 2004 to 2010. Jigna Rao holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Public Health from The College of New Jersey.
