Carlos Otero

Carlos Otero is a skilled professional with extensive experience in business analysis and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Millicom (Tigo) since December 2022, Carlos has previously held a role as a Software Engineer at Soluciones Ubiccar from February 2018 to December 2022, focusing on backend development utilizing .NET and SQL Server. Prior to that, Carlos worked at Tecnologia y Desarrollo Informatico from April 2015 to February 2018, engaged in programming and project administration with expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and MySQL.
