Dale Kitchen

Dale Kitchen serves as the Director of Advanced Development, Research and Technology for the Floor Covering Division at Milliken & Company since August 2007, previously holding the role of Research & Development Manager in the same division. Kitchen's extensive experience at Milliken Research Corporation includes positions as Team Lead for the Electro-Mechanical Systems team, Senior Research Physicist, and Research Physicist, focusing on areas such as materials, polymers, acoustics, nonwovens, nanofibers, composites, concrete, and carbon fiber. Prior to this, Kitchen worked as a Laboratory Supervisor at Princeton University after completing a post-doctoral fellowship in Physics at the institution. Kitchen earned a PhD in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Physics from Brigham Young University.
