Kate McLaughlin has a diverse work history beginning as an undergraduate research assistant at Case Western Reserve University in 2001. Kate then went on to complete their PhD at Harvard Medical School and Harvard University in Immunology. Kate'sresearch continued as a Research Fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Kate transitioned into the consulting industry at Health Advances, starting as a Senior Analyst and eventually becoming a Vice President, overseeing teams, and developing client relationships. In their most recent role at MilliporeSigma, they serve as the Head of Global Strategy, Life Science, a key leadership position.
Kate McLaughlin pursued their undergraduate studies in Biology at Case Western Reserve University from 1998 to 2002, earning a BS degree. Kate continued their education at Harvard University from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a PhD in Immunology.
