Cynthia A. Jackson

Cynthia A. Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academic operations and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Academic Events and Operations at Northeastern University since July 2023, Cynthia has been pivotal in overseeing college-wide academic affairs at Mills College since January 2017, through roles such as Special Assistant to the Chief Academic Officer and Manager of Academic Operations. Previous experience includes a role at Plus One Health Management Inc as General Manager, where Cynthia specialized in workforce wellness during significant company growth. Additionally, as Senior Program Manager at Club One, Cynthia managed a large on-site fitness center and developed wellness programs for thousands of employees. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Mills College and participated in the Washington Semester Honors Program at American University, focusing on Public Policy.
