Michele Delaney has a strong background in quality assurance and operations in the medical field. Michele began their career as a Director of Quality Assurance at Serologicals in 1993 and held this position until 2003. Michele then worked at Olympus Biotech as a Senior Director, overseeing pharmacovigilance, compliance, and quality from 2003 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Organogenesis as a Sr. Manager of QA, responsible for product disposition. Currently, they are the Director of Quality Operations at Millstone Medical Outsourcing, a position they have held since 2014.
Michele Delaney attended Anna Maria College from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a Masters degree in Total Quality Management. Prior to this, from 1980 to 1984, they studied at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology/Medical Technology.
