Tiana Gaylord

Tiana Gaylord is a dedicated mental health professional with a robust background in therapy and social work. Currently serving as a PHP Therapist at Springwoods Behavioral Health and a Program Therapist at Millwood Hospital since March and July 2023, respectively, Tiana has previously gained valuable experience as an MSW Intern at Volunteers of America-Texas and Arcy Healthcare. Key achievements include administering assessments, facilitating group therapy sessions using the Seeking Safety and DBT curriculums, and managing a substantial patient caseload. Tiana holds a Master's degree in Social Work (2021-2023) and a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Studies (2017-2019) from the University of North Texas, where internship experiences further honed skills in advocacy, patient support, and virtual service delivery during the Covid-19 pandemic.
