Molly Herman

Molly Herman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Molly is currently the Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement at Milton Academy, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Northeastern University for several years, holding various positions such as Director of Educational Initiatives and Senior Associate Director of Educational Initiatives & Partnership Engagement. Molly also worked as an Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships at the university. Before joining Northeastern University, Molly served as the Manager of Business Development at the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce. Earlier in their career, they worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Sales Representative and Environmental Claims Representative. Molly also has experience as a Freelance Reporter at Foster's Daily Democrat.

Molly Herman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism and Mass Communications from Saint Michael's College from 2004 to 2008. Molly later pursued a Master of Science degree in Global Studies and International Affairs at Northeastern University from 2014 to 2016.
