Jonathan Lack

Jonathan Lack has been the Senior Director of Ticketing at the Milwaukee Bucks since October 2017. Prior to that, they were the Event Ticketing Manager at AEG from August 2011 to May 2014. In this role, they were responsible for managing all ticketing aspects for a 20,000-seat indoor arena and providing proactive customer service to clients. Jonathan also developed and sustained strong relationships with clients and ensured an exceptional customer experience by thorough monitoring of their events.

Since joining the Milwaukee Bucks, Jonathan has been responsible for overseeing the ticketing operation for the team. Jonathan has implemented various sales strategies to increase ticket revenue and has regularly reported sales figures to clients. Jonathan has also looked to make improvements across the business and to ticketing best practices by feeding back to their ticketing provider.

Jonathan Lack attended the University of Southampton, where they studied music and earned their Bachelor of Arts degree. Jonathan also attended Chichester High School.
