Michael Pace

Michael Pace has extensive experience working in the commercial real estate industry. From 2002 to 2013, they served as the Director of Leasing at Mimco Inc. Michael then worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Cushman & Wakefield | PIRES as a Retail Specialist and Retail and Investment Specialist, respectively, from 2014 to 2021. In 2021, they joined KW Commercial - El Paso as a Retail Brokerage Advisor until 2023. During the same period, they also worked at REP Commercial Real Estate (REPcre) as a Real Estate Advisor and Retail Chain & CRE Advisor, providing industry expertise to various clients. Starting in 2023, they assumed the role of Vice President Real Estate at MIMCO.

From 1990 to 1996, Michael Pace attended The University of Texas at El Paso, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. Their field of study focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
