Lauren Vatrano

Lauren Vatrano is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various roles within global organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. HR Director for Global Revenue at Mimecast since October 2021, Lauren previously held the position of Director, HR Business Partner at DentaQuest. Prior to that, Lauren worked at HERE Technologies and Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in senior HR management roles. Experience also includes several positions at Barclays Capital, where Lauren progressed to Vice President, and an HR Coordinator role at Morgan Stanley. Lauren began the career with an internship at VNU, following an education in Communications and Psychology from Fairfield University and studies in Florence, Italy.
