Sam Tompsett

Sam Tompsett, CISSP, SSCP, currently serves as Senior Director of Sales Engineering - Insider Risk at Mimecast since July 2024, following the company's acquisition of Code42, where Sam held the position of Senior Director of Sales Engineering from May 2016 to July 2024. In this role, Sam successfully led a team of Sales Engineers in North America, achieving significant growth milestones including a 56 percent year-over-year increase in new logos and a 131 percent quarter-over-quarter rise in point-of-view win rates. Sam has a strong background in mentoring and enabling career advancement for Sales Engineers, along with experience in technical advisory roles for Fortune 500 companies.
