Tripp Smallwood

Tripp Smallwood has worked in various roles in the field of talent acquisition and recruiting. Tripp started their career in 2002 as a Senior Recruiting Manager at Aerotek and worked there until 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Peachtree BioResearch Solutions. Tripp then joined UCB Pharma in 2012 and served as the Director of Talent Acquisition - Americas until 2017. In 2017, they became the Senior Director of Commercial Search Practice at Fairway Consulting Group, and in 2018, they joined MiMedx as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.

Tripp Smallwood holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Furman University.
